Insurance
The cost of annual eye examinations, prescription eyeglasses, and contact lenses can be of real concern, especially for large families. In many cases, vision insurance can lower these annual expenses.
However, vision insurance is not the same as medical insurance. Medical insurance plans protect you and your family against eye diseases or unexpected injuries to the eye. Vision insurance, on the other hand, is designed to provide a routine health check of the eye, prescription eyeglasses, and other vision-related services at reduced prices.
Because we provide both medical and routine eye care at Midtown Eye Care, we accept a number of insurance plans to assist our patients in covering the costs of their visit.
To see if we work with your insurance carrier or vision care plan, please call our office for assistance. Our friendly and informed staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding insurance. However, for the most accurate and up to date information regarding your specific policy, check with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling an appointment.
